Ingredients: Potato – 1 Salt to taste

Procedure: 1. Boil the potato, skin it and mash it
2. To this add salt, pepper and ginger garlic paste. .
3. Keep aside.
4. In a bowl, break the eggs and whisk well.

7. Add the egg mixture to the potato and mix well till it blends.
8. Heat butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
9. Make the omelet on the skillet
