NATURAL HEALTH TIPS

I. REMOVING SUNTANS USING POTATO

a. Remove the skin of a raw potato and chop it.
b. Add a little bit of water and make it into a paste.
c. Wash your face and pat it dry.
d. Apply the potato paste on the face. Avoid the eyes.
e. Take a slice of potato and massage the whole face with it.
f. Wait for 10 minutes.
g. You will feel the face tighten.
h. Wash your face with cold water and pat dry.

II. REFRESH YOUR FACE….NATURALLY

a. Take a tomato.
b. Take the juice of the tomato.
c. Add a spoon of sugar.
d. Massage the face with the paste for 5 minutes
e. Wash off with cold water after 10 minutes.. REFRESH YOUR FACE….NATURALLY

III. TREATMENT FOR HAIR GROWTH AND MAINTENANCE

A.  USING ALOE VERA
a. Take an aloe vera leaf.
b. Cut out the sides.
c. Scoop out the flesh of the leaf.
d. Make it into a paste.
e. Apply the paste directly on the scalp and the hair.
f. Cover the hair completely.
g. Wash off the hair after ½ an hour with regular shampoo.

B. USING ONION JUICE
a. Take the juice of 1 onion. DO NOT add water.
b. Massage the juice on to the scalp.
c. Cover the scalp and hair and keep on for ½ an hour.

d. Wash off with mild shampoo.

IV. NATURAL TREATMENT FOR DIABETES (MAINTAIN SUGAR LEVELS)

A. USING OKRA
For this you will require:
- Okra- 2 numbers
- Mineral water – 1 glassProcedure:- Slice 2 orkas and soak it in mineral water over night. - Strain the water and drink it the next morning.

B. USING BITTER GOURD
For this you will require:
- ½ a bitter gourd
Procedure:
- Extract the juice from ½ a bitter gourd.
- Drink it immediately, fresh
Please note: The juice is going to be really bitter. But it works naturally to reduce and maintain sugar levels in the body.

V. NATURAL WAY TO TREAT CHEST COLD

For this you will require:
- Betel leaves – 2
- Ginger - ½ inch piece
- Peppercorns – 11
Procedure:
- Grind the ingredients into a fine paste.
- Add 1 glass of water to this paste.
- Mix well and then pour the mixture into a glass
- Keep covered for 15 minutes.
- Wait for the sediment to settle
- Drink the clear liquid. - Do this for 5 days. .
