Mr. Chandrasekar, aka Leo, has completed his MBA in International Business Management. Born in Dindigul, Tamilnadu, Sekar was interested in experimenting in cooking from a very young age. He was a great help to his mom and others in the kitchen and enjoyed every bit of it. Sekar loves to travel and shows interest in the different cuisines around the world. Having visited countries like Vietnam and Singapore, etc., he tries to infuse that style of cooking and makes the dishes his own. Sekar is passionate about cooking and enjoys good food and has a keen interest in trying new recipes.
       Sekar is versatile in South Indian cooking. He loves to travel and taste different cuisines from various parts of the world. He has a unique ability to take an existing recipe, change it, and make it his own. This new dish would be nothing like the original. His methods are simple and have a twist in them.
      Another passion is his ability to talk about simple health benefits and ways to solve fundamental health problems. He uses natural ingredients and comes up with easy ways to manage simple health issues. 
      


ABOUT THE AUTHOR

      Writing a cookbook with his favorite recipes was always on his list, and eventually, with this book, it became a reality. Both his books have simple and natural vegetarian and non-vegetarian recipes, which are very easy to make. They use natural ingredients that one can get in any grocery store.
